Sydney Botanical Gardens

The weather was beautiful recently and so I went into Sydney Botanical Gardens for some photos. I spent a lot of time working on framing the shots whilst still adjusting to my new Nikon Z6ii.

There are so many photo opportunities within the Botanical Gardens – with the large expanse allowing you to frame single trees or items of interest.

Below are a few highlights of the day’s photography – the full gallery of photos can be seen here.

I created this panorama by stitching together multiple photos in Lightroom.
Sydney Botanical Gardens also includes stunning opportunities to photograph Sydney Harbour from Mrs Macquaries Chair.

Capturing this beautiful butterfly took a very fast shutter speed, and a lot of patience!
